Linda is a Chartered clinical psychologist and a practitioner psychologist registered with HCPC. She offers short-term mindfulness based psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families. At present sessions are mainly online.
Her work includes: Stress Management, Insomnia and other Sleep Disorders, Relationship Issues, Depression, Anxiety, Parenting Skills, Ageing and Loss, Exam Nerves, Phobias, Obsessional Disorders and Coping in Times of Major Life Changes.
Linda is also accredited by the British Psychological Society as a Supervisor to other Clinical Psychologists and Counselors.
Her book "The Key to Calm: Your Path to Mindfulness and Beyond" most closely embodies her clinical approach.
